It’s common knowledge that the property market is experiencing exceptional growth. We resisted the FOMO (fear of missing out) but with ultra low interest rates, combined with a shift to work from home, we decided to take the plunge to search for a family home in Portarlington. We did our research and sought advice from a financial broker and property advocate.
